Job Overview:

As a key member of the team, you will lead expansion efforts, build client relationships, and develop strategic plans to grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Establish relationships with corporates and MSMEs to promote adoption of our proprietary treasury platform, driving business growth from lead generation to onboarding and retention.
  • Treasury Advisory: Provide expert guidance and strategic advice to clients managing currency and rates market exposure through our AI-powered platform.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to expand our footprint at the city level, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Treasury Solutions: Deliver operational expertise in foreign exchange, treasury, and corporate borrowings to the team, ensuring seamless product delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Manage marquee client relationships, ensuring retention and upselling through unique value propositions and advisory services.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to expand into new networks of corporates and MSMEs that can partner with the platform.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, foreign exchange, commercial borrowings, and/or trade.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • A robust network of corporates and MSMEs in your area.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
