System Maintenance Specialist

This role entails a fusion of technical and financial acumen to ensure seamless operation of critical treasury management systems. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide comprehensive support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Maintain accurate static data within the Quantum environment to preserve system integrity and guarantee business continuity.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum, including reports and action-based triggers, to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and resolve interface problems with bank statements and cash flows, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cash Xplorer functionality to provide actionable insights and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Support core treasury processes, including In-House Banking (IHB), Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement, to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Technical Operations:

  • Apply advanced Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to maintain optimal system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and reporting, facilitating data-driven insights and informed business strategies.
  • Utilize working knowledge of the Quantum data model to troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies to integrate data seamlessly, driving business value and informing strategic initiatives.
  • Support integration points between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates, ensuring compliance and minimizing operational risks.
  • Assess readiness for Quarterly Cloud Updates, conduct regression testing, and ensure business continuity, guaranteeing seamless transition and minimal disruption.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence, maintaining the highest standards of governance and risk management.
  • Participate in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum business continuity.
