Business Growth Strategist Role Summary
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful deployment of solutions for clients. Acting as a strategic partner, you will work closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed briefs for implementation by working closely with clients and pre-sales teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.
- Lead implementation projects for clients, driving project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and scope monitoring.
- Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers, monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as product adoption and churn risk.
- Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.
- Manage project handovers, close all points by working with product and support teams, and hand over the project to Support and Key Account Management.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
Role Requirements:
- Good analytical thinker.
- Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is highly valued.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
