Senior Manager - Learning and Growth

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Learning and Growth to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs tailored to our organizational needs. This role will be responsible for designing customized training plans, developing leadership and mentorship programs, managing training content, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs aligned with our strategic goals and organizational objectives.

• Design and deliver comprehensive, customized training plans that address skill gaps and support business requirements.

• Implement effective leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.

• Develop and manage relevant training content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Training & Development with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
