Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager – Learning Content for Global Alumni plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects worldwide. With the ability to navigate complex situations with poise, this individual ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

This position demands exceptional detail-oriented skills, strong strategic thinking, and analytical abilities to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be open to feedback, and thrive in a collaborative environment as an outstanding team player with strong interpersonal abilities.

The Senior Project Manager will manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery. Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies; serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions; developing and implementing project management templates; and overseeing and tracking key project metrics.

This role also requires experience in working within virtual teams, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.

In addition, the Senior Project Manager will monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation; review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards; provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements; and share project learnings, best practices, and industry insights through knowledge-sharing sessions or training initiatives.
