Quality Assurance Leader for E-Commerce

We are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance leader to oversee the quality of our e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA and automation, with experience in managing teams and leading initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage QA teams for large-scale e-commerce projects
  2. Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications
  3. Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations
  4. Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks
  5. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack
  6. Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
  8. Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira (or similar tools)
  9. Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI)
  10. Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks
  11. Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership
  • Strong Magento expertise (or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases)
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing
  • Hands-on expertise with: Automation: Selenium Performance Testing: JMeter Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack (or similar) API Testing: Postman Test Management: Jira Mobile/WMS Testing: iOS & Android
