Job Overview

The ideal candidate will design, develop and deliver engaging digital learning content that enhances the employability journey of international students.

This involves collaborating with our content, product and partnerships teams to create impactful learning experiences through online courses, interactive modules and multimedia resources.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design and develop high-quality digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics and interactive resources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and the partnerships team to translate employability content into engaging online learning experiences.
  • Learning Design Process: Manage the end-to-end learning design process, from needs analysis and storyboarding to development and delivery.
  • Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure that all learning content is accessible, inclusive and user-friendly.
  • Instructional Design Best Practices: Use instructional design best practices and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, LMS platforms) to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve learning content based on student and university partner feedback.

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in instructional design, digital learning or related roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Simplifying Complex Information: Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Employability Content: Familiarity with employability, higher education or student-focused content (preferred).
