Digital Learning Quality Specialist

In this role, you will play a critical part in guaranteeing the quality and precision of our digital learning courses.
You will be responsible for verifying audio and transcript quality, checking visuals and timing, and testing interactive elements and player menu items.
To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field is required, along with 2+ years of experience in Quality Analysis.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office, as well as experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques.
This role involves ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our eLearning products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the testing process.
