Overview of the Role:

The Senior Project Manager – Learning Content for Global Alumni will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects across global markets.

This role requires navigating complex situations with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.

They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be open to feedback, and thrive in a collaborative environment as an outstanding team player with strong interpersonal abilities.

Experience in the e-learning/EdTech industry is essential with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects
  • Preparing comprehensive project maps and resource allocation plans
  • Serving as primary point of contact for client interactions
  • Developing and implementing project management templates and leading process improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing and tracking key project metrics such as effort, timeline, and quality
  • Monitoring and managing project budgets and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Reviewing deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards
  • Providing strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements
  • Conducting team appraisals and identifying training needs
  • Sharing project learnings and best practices through knowledge-sharing sessions or training initiatives
  • Ensuring strong understanding of US/UK client expectations and cultural nuances

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude

  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • PMP or Basic Project Management certification
