Project Manager Strategy Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Strategy team and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. This is an individual contributor position where you will work directly with senior leadership to deliver high-impact projects and drive execution excellence across the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives from concept to delivery, focusing on building business capabilities and driving results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, solve problems, and drive project outcomes.
  • Act as the execution engine for strategic projects, ensuring clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams.
  • Deliver high-quality executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
  • Analyze data and develop business models to inform decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment and delivery without formal authority.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or project execution roles.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
  • A self-driven, adaptable professional comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
