Job Description\

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation. Proficiency in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows to align with business requirements.\
  • Configuring and updating Discovery schedules, monitoring daily runs for errors, and resolving any issues that arise.\
  • Enhancing Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.\
  • Continuously improving the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements, user feedback incorporation, and performance tuning.\
  • Customizing form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to ensure data consistency and usability across modules.\
  • Tailoring and extending CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.\
  • Developing and maintaining robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.\
  • Managing Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.\
  • Customizing the Employee Center portal to improve branding, content delivery, and user engagement.\
  • Designing and publishing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.\
  • Troubleshooting platform issues using advanced scripting skills and resolving defects promptly.\
