As a seasoned expert in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), we are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an OTM Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and have experience working with enterprise-wide, multi-tier environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems.
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Document all development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training materials for projects.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

Requirements:
  • 4-12 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control systems.
  • Experience with implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) on the ServiceNow platform.
