Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) professional with extensive experience to support our IT operations.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and update the CMDB within ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Develop and implement processes for identifying, recording, and managing configuration items (CIs) and their relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
