Job Title: ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the position of ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant. This role requires expertise in implementing ServiceNow configuration, including CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system works. Additionally, they should have basic knowledge of OT network functions and Purdue Model architecture.

  1. Midserver Configuration: Implement midserver configuration with a strong understanding of its functionality and application.
  2. Networking Concepts: Demonstrate good knowledge of networking concepts, including DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control system works.
  3. OT Network Functions: Have basic understanding of OT network functions and Purdue Model architecture.
  4. ServiceNow Implementation: Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management module in ServiceNow is a plus.
  5. Scripting and Automation: Script automated processes using Business rule, script action, etc., and configure enhancements on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.
  6. Data Management: Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Document every development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training material for project.
  • Implement the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment process document, including CMDB & CSDM process and procedures.
  • Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures.
  • Help in identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.
  • Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions.
