\Role Overview

- Own and drive client retention strategy across B2B cybersecurity accounts.\
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.\
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, product adoption, and alignment with business objectives.\
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to capture them.\
- Analyze churn risks, implement proactive retention measures, and resolve escalations effectively.\
- Work closely with product, compliance, and cyber risk advisory teams to align solutions with client needs.\
- Monitor key account health metrics (renewal rate, NPS, churn %) and create action plans for improvement.\
- Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitor offerings to position Mitigata's solutions effectively.\
- Mentor and support junior team members in client engagement and retention practices.\
Key Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in B2B client retention, account management, or customer success, preferably in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Risk Advisory services.\
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise risk management.\
- Proven track record of managing client renewals and reducing churn in a B2B environment.\
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.\
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations and drive resolution.\
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).\
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.\
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or IT Security is a plus.\
