Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Client Engagement Specialist to strengthen client relationships and drive successful staffing partnerships. This role will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring timely staffing fulfillment, and driving revenue growth through accurate billing and utilization tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Ensure staffing fulfillment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage client engagements including allocations, renewals, and extensions
  • Drive revenue retention and growth through accurate billing and utilization tracking
  • Enhance client satisfaction with proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Anticipate hiring trends and build talent pipelines with the recruitment team
  • Provide account reporting on demand, pipeline, revenue, and delivery
