  1. Handle escalations, facilitate satisfactory outcomes, and help clients realize demonstrable value from our offerings.
  2. Work closely with sales and delivery teams to deliver in-contract growth and ensure successful renewals.

  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
