Job Role:

As an Intake and Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client engagement and collaboration.

This position requires strong supervision and mentoring skills, with a focus on assisting Technical & Plan Review Consultants with client interactions and other potential services.

The incumbent manages plan review submittals, reported impairments, conducts assessments, ensures data integrity, and files/record completeness within respective systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intake of plan submittals and reported impairments for assigned territory, ensuring complete and consistent data integrity within respective systems.
  • Engage with Technical Consultants for support with technical plan submittal review, plan reviewer assignment/dispatch, and Loss Expectancy development/validation.
  • Establish working partnerships with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service and monitoring timeliness/follow-up efforts.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience required to perform essential job functions.
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Embraces teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, planning, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
