We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Engagement Specialist. This key role involves managing high-value relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing engagement strategies.
About the Role:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
- Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM or client management tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
- Experience working in HR tech or advertising technology.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role with high-growth or startup environments.
