Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client relationships and drive impactful engagement in our Sell-Side Equity Research team.

  • Collaborate with research sales and analysts to coordinate client events and interactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track marketing and corporate access events.
  • Prepare and share client-facing materials for events.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage internal/client databases and publish forward calendars.
  • Drive efficiency through automation using Excel VBA, SQL, Python, and AI tools.
  • Lead projects independently and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, client engagement, or research sales support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with VBA, SQL, Python preferred.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
