Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Client Engagement Manager. The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of IoT projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the internal team. The manager will also be responsible for providing consulting services to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Consulting
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the IoT or automotive industry is a plus
