Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Delivery Lead/Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements from start to finish, growing accounts into larger engagements by understanding client needs and delivering results.
  • Proactively connect with customers to build relationships, understand their requirements, and set clear expectations.
  • Align resources to deliver projects successfully.

Team Management:

  • Lead teams to success, helping direct reports achieve their goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Resolve conflicts among team members and priorities, ensuring everyone works together effectively.
  • Communicate client context to the team and harmonize efforts to delight clients.
  • Grow teams from small to large over a short period.

Business Development:

  • Break down annual operating plans into monthly and weekly objectives, identifying key pieces for success.
  • Prioritize tasks and positions to gain a competitive edge.
  • Drive ambition to expand teams, sign up new clients, and grow wallet shares of existing clients.
  • Evaluate additional revenue growth methods and pursue them closely.
  • Maintain the brand's reputation in the market and ensure customer satisfaction.

Interpersonal Engagements:

  • Negotiate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve problems and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with various teams to service team requirements and new client needs efficiently.

Ideal Profile:

  • 5-10 years of experience in related fields, benchmarked within our organization as L5, L6, or L7.
  • Relevant experience in handling large enterprise client deliveries.
  • Success in front-ending client engagements, especially growing engagements by widening and deepening them.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with empathy in conversations.
  • Knowledge of current market trends in HR services and client industry trends.
  • Track record of budgeting, planning, and organizing operations to achieve targets.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Develops delivery methods and solutions for critical or large assignments, targets new segments to enter, runs pilots, or develops innovative solutions for clients.
