Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee human resources and office administration functions. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources:
    • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings and interviewing candidates.
    • Oversee attendance and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data for processing.
    • Maintain employee records, including identification documents and experience letters.
    • Develop performance management strategies, support appraisal cycles, and update Performance Management Systems.
    • Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and promote employee skill enhancement.
    • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances.
    • Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate records.
  • Administration:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems.
    • Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements.
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and operational office environment.
    • Manage petty cash transactions and maintain administrative budget records.
    • Collaborate with authorities for legal compliance, manage non-disclosure agreements, and oversee insurance renewals.
    • Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between departments and communicate company policies clearly to employees.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
