Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

Lead and direct the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

  • Direct the development of people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
  • Drive accountability in a lean PNC & TA team by setting clear KPIs and balancing workloads.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Ensure effective HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience by designing office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Promote a positive company culture through targeted initiatives, workshops, recognition programs, and events.
  • Embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Develop and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
Requirements
  • Post-Graduation degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring and analyzing HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills for effective communication, influence, and engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

As an Organizational Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of people processes and overseeing various aspects of HR operations. You will drive accountability, promote a positive company culture, and develop total-rewards frameworks. Additionally, you will prioritize and review learning and development programs, drive CSR strategies, and own talent acquisition and HR governance.
