Drive business growth as a Field Sales Executive at Curefit - House Of Cult.
As a Field-Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the business growth of our company. We're a thriving business that operates multiple gyms in different locations. Your main goal in this project would be to drive presales and encourage people to purchase our highly sought-after Cult Pass. You will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, and converting them into loyal members of Cult.fit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving end-to-end sales at assigned gyms.
2. Undertaking hyperlocal marketing activities, such as flyer distribution, kiosk setup in marketplaces, and high-footfall areas.
3. Outbound calling to leads and prospects wanting to join the gym.
4. Building fruitful relationships with clients and obtaining referrals.
This role will have both fixed and variable incentives, as well as travel allowances.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable with traveling and field work.
4. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
