Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As we expand our global presence, this role will play a critical part in driving sales and revenue growth in the Essential Oil division for fragrances sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting market analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales and marketing professional to leverage their expertise and drive business growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant years of experience in sales and marketing within the Essential Oil's division for flavors and fragrances industry.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
