Cloud Data Support Specialist

Autodesk is the world's leading 3D software company, requiring a vast amount of data, coordination, and information technology to drive its success.
You will be part of a multi-functional team providing production support for internal Autodesk data technologies from our Data Lake ingestion to analytics and reporting. Your expertise in cloud computing and cloud services will enable us to provide a better experience to our product and IT projects.
The role involves troubleshooting and root cause analysis, code deployment, monitoring, automation, and cost optimization. You will report to the manager and work in a hybrid model.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience with Spark 3, Parquet, Hive, and other big data technologies, as well as experience with Snowflake, integration tools (Airflow, FiveTran, Matillion), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In addition to technical skills, you will possess strong time management, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. A background in Agile project patterns and experience working in a tech or data support position are also desirable.
