We are currently seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in India.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery of managed services across NTT Data customer account base. Working as part of a team providing a Shared Managed Service, the individual will manage and support a customer's AWS platform, providing incident and problem management on the AWS IaaS and PaaS Platform.

Our salary range for this position in India is between ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical role working as a SysOps engineer in a cloud environment
  • Mandatory skills include technical troubleshooting and problem solving, AWS management of large-scale IaaS PaaS solutions, monitoring and troubleshooting servers, networks, and applications, cloud networking and security fundamentals, collaboration and communication skills, highly adaptable to changes in a technical environment
  • Optional skills include experience using monitoring and observer ability toolsets inc. Splunk, Datadog, experience using Github Actions, experience using AWS RDS/SQL based solutions, experience using containerization in AWS, working data warehouse knowledge Redshift and Snowflake preferred, working with IaC – Terraform and Cloud Formation, working understanding of scripting languages including Python and Shell, experience working with streaming technologies inc. Kafka, Apache Flink, experience working with a ETL environments, experience working with a confluent cloud platform

Additional Requirements

The willingness and ability to work shift patterns to support a 24/7 operation and hold minimum certifications AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate. Preferred certifications include AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
