Key Responsibilities- Lead Management and Business Development: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the entire process of lead generation, sales, and business development for our region.
- Data Management: Ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and track key performance indicators.

- Service Delivery: Oversee service delivery and ensure high levels of client retention.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights and data analytics to our Marketing team to inform promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by achieving targets in designated areas.
- Territory Mapping: Identify new projects and brokers in designated territories and develop strategies to acquire them.
