Strategic Entrepreneur – International Tea Market Expansion

We are seeking a visionary entrepreneur to spearhead our international expansion, focusing on India's premium tea and wellness market.
This strategic role is ideal for someone who wants to co-create a global brand rather than simply take on an executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of our business strategy in India across D2C, retail, HORECA, and exports.
- Build robust supply chains and distribution networks through strategic partnerships with key players.
- Drive growth by developing and implementing effective market strategies for India and other international markets.
- Represent our company with investors, trade councils, and industry networks.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in scaling FMCG, beverages, or wellness brands (Europe, Asia, India).
- Strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality, and growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest both capital and operational expertise.
- Passion for tea, wellness, and building a legacy brand.
