We seek a Co-Founder/Strategic Investor to lead our international strategy, focusing on India's premium tea and wellness sector.

This equity-based role is ideal for someone who wants to co-create a global brand rather than taking an executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our entry and scale-up strategy in India – D2C, retail, HORECA, and exports.
  • Establish robust supply chains and distribution networks.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality groups.
  • Shape market strategy for India and other international markets (Middle East, Asia).
  • Represent us with investors, trade councils, and industry networks.

Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness brand scaling (Europe, Asia, India).
  • Strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.
  • Commercial acumen with cost, quality, and growth balance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest capital and expertise.
  • Passion for tea, wellness, and building a legacy brand.
