Founded in Perth in 2017 , ATC brings the finest teas directly from the most esteemed gardens of India, Sri Lanka, China, and Japan to customers around the world. From single-origin teas like Assam, Darjeeling, and Ceylon to artisanal blends with herbs and spices, every leaf is handpicked, packed at source, and delivered fresh – ensuring unmatched authenticity, taste, and health benefits.

We've built a strong base in Australia and are now ready to scale internationally with India as a core growth market.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Co-Founder / Strategic Investor to join ATC and play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion , with a strong focus on India's premium tea and wellness market.

This is an equity + investment-based role , ideal for someone who wants to co-create a global brand rather than simply take on an executive position.

As Co-Founder, you will complement the Founding team's vision, sourcing expertise, and brand-building efforts with your strength in business growth, operations, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ATC's entry and scale-up in India – across D2C, retail, HORECA, and exports.
  • Build robust supply chains and distribution networks .
  • Drive strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality groups.
  • Shape market strategy for India and other international markets (Middle East, Asia).
  • Represent ATC with investors, trade councils, and industry networks.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness brand scaling (Europe, Asia, India).
  • Strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, quality, and growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest both capital and operational expertise.
  • Passion for tea, wellness, and building a legacy brand.
