About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Co-Founder – Business Development to join our founding team in Bangalore. This is not a traditional employment opportunity—it's a chance to build something transformative from the ground up. As a co-founder, you'll be instrumental in shaping our company's strategic direction, culture, and future success.

This role demands daily hands-on involvement during our critical initial phase, working 6 days a week from our Bangalore office. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team to architect and execute comprehensive business development strategies that drive measurable growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities


• Co-develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company vision


• Identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships, client relationships, and growth opportunities


• Build and scale business development processes from ground zero


• Shape company culture, values, and operational frameworks alongside fellow founders


• Drive innovation in go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning


• Lead high-stakes negotiations and stakeholder engagements


• Contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest level
