The company is in its seed/MVP stage expecting revenue from next year.

Role

Title:
Co-Founder (Product & App Engineering)

Location:
On-site, Bihar (full-time)

You'll co-own the product roadmap and lead hands-on app development. Expect to ship fast, talk to users, and make high-leverage decisions across tech, product, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end app development (performance, reliability, security, DX).
  • Own media workflows (upload, encode/transcode, thumbnails, caching, CDNs).
  • Translate user feedback into clear specs; run quick experiments & A/B tests.
  • Build creator-first features (reels/stories/live, pages/groups, chat).
  • Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD, code quality, observability).
  • Drive analytics & growth loops; define and track core KPIs.
  • Collaborate on fundraising decks, hiring, and partnerships as a true founder.

What We Expect

  • 4+ years of app development (preferred,
    not mandatory
    if you're exceptional).
  • Strong experience with media handling at scale (video/image pipelines).
  • Solid analytical & research skills; comfort with debugging and profiling.
  • Thrives in startup ambiguity; bias to action and ownership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset focused on sustainable, compounding growth.

Nice to Have

  • Real-time/video (WebRTC).
  • Security, privacy, and compliance awareness for consumer apps.
