We are seeking to hire a Sales Leader (Designation – Enterprise sales & Co-Founder) to lead Business development initiatives of one of the Investee companies.The Investee co is a company with a game-changing Autonomous Glass Facade Robot Cleaner designed to revolutionize In-house maintenance, using the latest AI technology. This innovation turns traditional cleaning methods into a fully autonomous system, optimizing manual labour while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This will empower building owners and facility managers with a more efficient, reliable, and safe way to maintain their properties.Key Responsibilities of the Enterprise sales & Co-FounderThe primary mission of the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder will be to build Asset valuation of the company. To do this, the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder is expected to lead drive the key aspects of the business – Strategy, Product, Funding, GTM, Finance, Client Experience & People. A Enterprise sales & Co-Founder plays a vital role in the inception and growth the Investee Company.Here are the core responsibilities that define this role:• Strategic Planning: Develop the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategies & align Internal stake holders with the same.• Product / Tech Roadmap Development: Lay out the mid & long-term road map for product/technology across different markets & use-case applications, basis business potential.• Fundraising: Engage with potential investors, pitch the business idea, and secure necessary funding.• Go-To-Market: Evolve a strong GTM strategy to meet the Top line objectives of the company.• Client Experience: Evolve a world-class product & service experience to the Clients, with SLAs & SOPs and User Interfaces and Tools to deliver a cutting-edge performance.• Team Building: Recruit, hire, and manage a team that aligns with the company’s culture and objectives.• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.• Industry Networking: Build relationships with industry partners, mentors, and other stakeholders.• Strong Governance - Establish efficient business practices & processes to ensure strong governance and compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications1. Essential Skills• Domain Industry Knowledge General Management profile with experience in Sales & Marketing, Business development, Operations & Finance – in the relevant sector of Real Estate and/or Facilities management.• Varied Geography experience Pan-India experience will be key. Stint in Foreign markets will be a Plus.• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong belief in creating & building value, rather than an Employee mindset.• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management and fundraising processes.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities for dealing with investors, partners, and suppliers.2. Preferred Qualifications• Education: A Master’s degree in Business management (In case of Entrepreneurship, requirement of an MBA can be relaxed on a case-to-case basis)• Experience: >=10 years of minimum experience in industry (preferrably Robotics/Industrial automation).• Entrepreneurial: Prior experience as an Entrepreneur (with some success) is a plus.• Track Record: A history of at least 1 successful venture or significant contributions to previous companies.• Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant automation technologies and tools used in the real estate industry, especially in Facilities management.3. Personal Attributes• Resilience: Ability to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive attitude.• Visionary: A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends.• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work closely with others.• Age: Between 35 & 45 years (+/- 2 years can be considered for as an exception)Work Location Bangalore (first preference), Mumbai, Delhi-NCR. Ps note – Candidate based out of Mumbai & Delhi-NCR will be required to spend frequent On-site time in Bangalore till Commercial Launch (a travel-meeting cadence will be put in place for Non-Bangalore based candidate).FIR (Founder in Residence) ProgramFIR program comprises of 3 phases as below -a) Fitment phase – Period of 3 months Probationary period focused on cultural fitment, business alignment & strategic orientationb) Sprint phase – Period of 6 months Immersion period with key priorities being – Successful commercial launch, Funding & building team.c) Build phase Will involve Pan-India expansion of the foot print & also in select key global markets and Funding acceleration towards Series stage.What is in it for the Enterprise sales & Co-Founder?A rare & unique opportunity to independently build and lead a potential firm in Robotics Ai with a Global outreach.
