We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director – Enterprise Sales & Strategic Accounts
to lead revenue growth initiatives across key enterprise clients. In this leadership role, you will drive large-scale account expansion, nurture executive relationships, and design strategies to unlock new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, customer success, and product to deliver value-driven solutions that strengthen long-term client partnerships and fuel organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
Own and expand relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment between business needs and product offerings.

Develop tailored account growth strategies focused on long-term retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders, delivering insights and consultative value in every engagement.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management
Build, manage, and forecast a high-value sales pipeline through a mix of strategic outreach and inbound opportunity conversion.

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined sales execution and proactive relationship management.

Negotiate enterprise-level contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with internal teams—Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market segmentation, and sales enablement initiatives.

Lead account reviews and performance reporting, presenting key business insights to senior leadership.

Market Expansion & Representation
Identify emerging opportunities within target industries and expand presence in new geographies or verticals.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, promoting brand leadership and market visibility.

Continuously monitor competitive trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and positioning.

Qualifications
7+ years
of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of
3+ years
in a leadership or key account management role.

Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and engaging with
C-level executives
.

Strong background in
strategic selling, consultative engagement, and complex deal negotiation
.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with executive-level gravitas.

Experience working in
high-growth or SaaS-based environments
is highly preferred.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in
CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
and pipeline analytics.

Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under pressure.
