Job Description:

As a Lead Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of insurance operations. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, allowing for seamless collaboration and networking with colleagues.

The position involves supporting the business team in delivering effective insurance broking services through comprehensive analysis and reporting. Your responsibilities will include preparing claims analysis, conducting insurance product comparisons, and generating benchmarking reports.

You will also be responsible for analyzing data on current employee benefits trends and evaluating existing benefits policies. Additionally, you will create client insurance coverage renewal reports, consisting of claims analysis, demographic analysis, benchmarking, clinic mapping, proforma claim analysis, demographic analysis, graphical data view of employees and dependents basis age category and insurance policies covered, and proforma summary of insurer benefit for renewal placement for various insurance categories.

In this role, you will ensure the highest quality and integrity of data to support accurate, consistent, well-understood, and timely information for client deliverables. You will prepare data quality and control reports and refer queries for resolution to facilitate day-to-day operation.

This includes identifying and raising data quality anomalies to a direct manager for resolution to ensure any concerns are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner. You will manage, prioritize, and ensure that workload within own portfolio meets deadlines and targets to assist the team in achieving its business objectives.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, establishes new prospect client account records within internal systems as requested by the business to enable functionality, participates in User Acceptance Testing for data repository's fixes and conducts updates prior to deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Any Stream
  • Total 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge Group insurance i.e. Group Medical, Group Life insurance, Dental, LTD etc
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Preferable to have process transition experience Health Insurance Certificate HI is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Process oriented mind frame with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects of varying complexity
  • Demonstrate a positive and participative style sets and expects high standards of service and delivery and leads by example while being a self-starter
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build foster and strengthen close partnerships with colleagues across teams and locations
