Lead Process Simulation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Process Simulation Specialist to spearhead our process dynamic simulation projects. This role demands deep expertise in project lifecycle management, strong chemical engineering fundamentals, and excellent leadership skills.
About the Role- This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to lead a team of professionals on process dynamic simulations, ensuring adherence to established standards and client requirements.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Lead a full project lifecycle on process dynamic simulations, including scope definition, data collection, model configuration, and testing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards, and make improvements as needed.
- Possess good problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and team-playing skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in process dynamic simulations, preferably with commercial OTS software like UniSim or Aspen Hysys.
- Strong chemical engineering fundamentals knowledge and proficiency in implementation of dynamic simulations.
