Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Chemical Process Simulation Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to customers.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead engineer for process simulation projects, responsible for conceptualization, implementation, and testing of process models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in dynamic process simulation software, such as Aspen HYSYS Steady State and Dynamics, Aspen Plus, and Mimic.
  • Adequate experience in using design input documents, P&IDs, and PFDs.
  • Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and process modeling techniques.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
