Chief Process Simulation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team, specializing in process simulations and OTS design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and validating process simulations using industry-leading software such as Aspen Plus and Aspen HYSYS.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and validate process simulations for various industries including oil and gas, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
- Model building, tuning, and integration of models in OTS software and other applications.
- Simulate normal operations, including hot or cold start-up and complete or partial shutdown operations.
- Perform detailed Heat and Mass Balance (HMB) calculations and hydraulic analysis across various process systems.
- Execute equipment sizing for unit operations such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, evaporators, separators, and pumps.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Implementation experience with simulation software like Petro-Sim, MIMIC, OmegaLand, UniSim Design, ASPEN HYSYS, DYNSIM, and other similar software.
- Design to commissioning experience on simulation projects, including process modeling, DCS integration, OTS, scenario training, model testing, FAT, MAT, PDET.
- Strong knowledge and experience in automation systems, particularly in the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical domains.
- Closed-loop control, MVC tuning concepts, APC, and MES.
