Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to assume responsibility for delivering technical support services and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

  • You will be accountable for handling complex customer issues and driving them to closure in an efficient manner.
  • As a technical specialist, you will serve as the go-to expert for product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.
  • You will utilize advanced troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills to resolve intricate problems.
  • You will handle escalated situations effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and scale as an individual contributor quickly.
  • You will maintain and contribute to the knowledge base by creating documents for new issues faced.
  • You will strive for automation by developing systems that are easy to run in production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
