Job Title: Financial Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating and mitigating financial risks associated with our depository operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices within our depository operations.
  • Analyze and identify potential operational, financial, and security risks in our depository functions.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to improve operational efficiency and prevent potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including SEBI, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory compliance and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial risk management, preferably in the depository, financial services, or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for depository operations, including knowledge of SEBI, RBI guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment tools and audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA, TeamMate).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
