Job Summary:

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to originate new business prospects, acquire customers, and generate revenue through direct sales team management.

Responsibilities:

  • To acquire, develop, and maintain client relationships that meet and exceed expectations
  • Manage the direct sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Originate new business prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels
  • Acquire customers and take their proposal up to the stage of disbursement
  • Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and revenue
  • Cater to businesses with turnover ranging from Rs 100 to 500 crs in Emerging Business, Rs 500 to 1000 crs in Mid Corporate, and Rs 1000 crs & above in Large Corp
  • Provide customer service and address queries to engage and retain customers
  • Identify new segments and set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions
  • Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income

Requirements:

Prior Experience: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline. Strong understanding of financial markets and business principles.

Skill Set: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
