Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Fundraiser to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven Google Ads strategies to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in performance marketing, crowdfunding campaigns, and Google Ads to maximize donations and achieve fundraising targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted Google Ads campaigns using conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly to ensure alignment with goals and donor psychology.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (desirable but not mandatory if experienced).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing, preferably in Indian markets.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools is essential.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Consistent growth in donation volumes and donor base.
