Job Overview:

This strategic role drives cross-functional initiatives and financial transformation projects across various functions. The ideal candidate will support the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring alignment of finance priorities with business goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of strategic projects and initiatives, including financial digitization and automation.
  • Manage governance calendars, CFO reviews, and track critical deliverables across finance verticals.
  • Liaise between the CFO and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions on key performance indicators, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
  • Prepare executive presentations, management information packs, and board decks.
  • Ensure consistency of finance standard operating procedures, risk registers, and program management trackers across all functions.
  • Track monthly cash flow, profitability improvement plans, and key business metrics with relevant owners.
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, and data room management for due diligence cycles.
  • Monitor implementation of internal audit findings, cost optimization initiatives, and working capital improvement plans.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in CA or MBA Finance with 1–3 years of experience in finance program management, CFO office, or strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with hands-on experience in ERP, dashboards, and cross-functional governance are essential.
