We provide comprehensive support to startups with scalable and sustainable product or service ideas, offering expertise, technological support, investor access, market entry assistance, and extensive networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
    • Develop a strategic roadmap for the incubation center aligned with company objectives.
    • Ensure alignment with government policies, startup ecosystem goals, and institutional/academic objectives.
    • Pursue sector-specific focus areas (e.g., tech, healthcare, agritech, social enterprises).
  • Incubation Program Development & Management
    • Design and execute incubation, acceleration, and pre-incubation programs.
    • Create a pipeline of high-potential startups and entrepreneurs.
    • Provide mentoring, capacity-building workshops, and networking opportunities.
    • Evaluate measurable KPIs for startups (funding raised, jobs created, market traction).
  • Financial Sustainability & Fundraising
    • Mobilize resources through partnerships, grants, agencies, and institutional support.
    • Develop revenue streams (program fees, equity stakes, consulting services, sponsored projects) while adhering to relevant restrictions.
    • Optimize operations and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
    • Forge collaborations with corporates, investors (VCs/angels), academic institutions, and government bodies.
    • Establish MoUs with ecosystem enablers (accelerators, incubators, R&D labs).
    • Build international linkages for global exposure of incubated startups.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure statutory compliance under applicable laws (Income Tax, CSR provisions, FCRA if applicable).
    • Regular reporting to Board of Directors/Advisory Council.
    • Maintain transparency, accountability, and governance best practices.
  • Monitoring & Impact Assessment
    • Track performance metrics of incubated startups (funding raised, patents filed, products launched, revenues generated).
    • Publish annual reports highlighting impact in terms of employment, innovation, and social contribution.
    • Drive outcome-based evaluations for continuous improvement.
  • Branding, Outreach & Advocacy
    • Position the incubation program as a leading ecosystem enabler.
    • Promote incubated startups through media, events, and demo days.
    • Represent the program at industry forums, policy discussions, and global conferences.
  • Innovation & Technology Enablement
    • Establish labs, prototyping facilities, co-working infrastructure.
    • Foster adoption of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, biotech, green tech).
    • Facilitate IP creation and technology transfer.
  • Long-Term Sustainability & Legacy Creation
    • Build a model that ensures resilience and continuity.
    • Develop alumni networks of successful startups to contribute back to the ecosystem.
    • Contribute to national priorities (Startup India, Digital India, Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA
  • 10+ years' experience in business-related field
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
