Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment (HNIs/Family Offices, Corporate/CSR, Foundations, Digital/Community Giving) and by program (Ignite, Impact, Inspire).
  • Lead our fundraising efforts across diverse stakeholders, delivering predictable, diversified funding and lifetime donor value while strengthening our brand as a thought leader.
  • Build relationships with key donors, foundations, and corporate partners, securing strategic MOUs and co-creating bespoke propositions.
  • Oversee investment-grade proposals, decks, impact reports, and ensure crisp narratives and strong evidence.
  • Collaborate with the global teams to lead fundraising efforts across the organization, implement a CRM or DMS, establish clear SOPs, and ensure compliance with international requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related; fundraising certifications are a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record (India & international).
  • Experience launching or scaling new initiatives (research, education, skill development, community empowerment preferred).
  • A strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.
  • Regulatory fluency and governance sensibility.
