Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assume a multifaceted role, assuming both front-end and back-end responsibilities to ensure customer success using Marquee Equity's services and managing ongoing relationships.
- Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across various sectors and geographies at different stages of their business operations.
- Advise and consult clients by structuring funding rounds in light of current market conditions and suitable investor needs, requiring an understanding of private investment markets, funding ask, valuation, financial models, business projections, etc.
- Ensure quality services are delivered to clients.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Investment Banking or Investment Analysis (1-3 years).
- CFA Level 1 or 2 certification preferred.
- Knowledge or prior experience with startup fundraising and venture capital industry advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills required.
- A remote work environment allows flexibility.
- Basic office equipment and internet connection necessary.
Training and Onboarding:
We provide a comprehensive 5-7 day training session upon joining.
