Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth companies.

This is a unique opportunity to combine financial reporting, financial management, and investor deliverables with hands-on involvement in building scalable systems and supporting strategic decisions.

You will work closely with founders, investors, and auditors to ensure books are closed on time, MIS and analysis are reliable, and the company is always investor- and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of monthly and annual book closure and accuracy of accounts.
  • Development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Driving financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establishment of systems, processes, and SOPs for finance and compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Management and tracking of Cap Table and investor obligations.
  • Support for fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Leadership of audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
