Financial Planning Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting models.
  • Analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
  • Conduct ratio analysis and build financial models to support decision-making and fundraising activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
